IN-SPACe Selects Three Startups for Funding Under Technology Adoption Fund Scheme
Indian Space Startups Receive Funding Under IN-SPACe's Technology Adoption Fund Scheme
The Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe) has announced the selection of three Indian space startups as the first set of non-governmental entities (NGEs) for funding under its Technology Adoption Fund scheme. The selected startups are Bengaluru-based Astrobase Space Technologies and SatSure Analytics India, and TM2SPACE Technologies from Hyderabad.
The funding will support the development of cutting-edge space technologies in India. Astrobase Space Technologies has been provided funding for the development of a high-thrust closed-cycle liquid rocket engine for space launch vehicles. SatSure Analytics India will use the funding to build a large Earth observation model (LOM) designed to serve as India's foundational AI platform for remote sensing applications. TM2SPACE Technologies will develop an indigenous AI-powered star tracker system for satellites, enabling the pointing accuracy required for high-resolution imaging and communication missions.
