
Goldman Sachs, Mobius Investment, ITI MF Among 8 Investors Acquire 3.9 Percent Stake in GNG Electronics
Investors Acquire Stake in GNG Electronics and Vintage Coffee
On June 11, a group of eight domestic and global investors acquired a combined 3.9 percent stake in GNG Electronics, a leading manufacturer of refurbished laptops and desktops, through block deals.
The investors, which include Goldman Sachs, Mobius Investment Trust, ITI Mutual Fund, and Motilal Oswal Equity Opportunities Fund, collectively acquired 44.87 lakh shares from the company's promoter, Vidhi S Khandelwal. The transaction price for the shares was Rs 390 each.
The acquisition of GNG Electronics shares by the investors led to a rally in the company's stock price, which rose 6.6 percent to Rs 418.55 amid high volumes on the National Stock Exchange.
