
SEBI Approves Listings for Manipal Health Enterprises and Rentomojo IPOs
IPOs Get Green Signal from SEBI
Singapore's state-owned investment company Temasek and Dr Ranjan Pai-backed multispecialty hospitals chain Manipal Health Enterprises, and Rentomojo, the online rental and subscription platform for home furniture and appliances, have received clearance from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs).
Manipal Health Enterprises and Rentomojo had filed their Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the capital markets regulator in March 2026. The SEBI has issued its observations on the draft papers of Manipal Health Enterprises on July 3, and Rentomojo on July 6.
The issuance of observations by the SEBI has paved the way for the companies to launch their IPOs within the next one year. Manipal Health Enterprises is looking to raise Rs 8,000 crore via issuance of fresh shares, while existing shareholders proposed to sell 4.32 crore equity shares via offer-for-sale.
