TCS Nashik Case: Police Deploys Three Teams to Search for Suspect Nida Khan
Nashik Police Search for Accused Nida Khan in TCS Sexual Harassment Case
Nashik police have dispatched three teams to search for Nida Khan, one of the accused in the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Nashik sexual harassment case. Khan is alleged to be absconding, with her name coming up in one of the nine FIRs lodged for allegedly assisting the complainant to learn to observe Roza, wearing a hijab, which is claimed to have hurt religious sentiments.
Khan's lawyer, Baba Sayyed, has informed that he will be filing an anticipatory bail petition at the Nashik sessions court over the next two-three days. The police investigation began after Khan's husband was detained and interrogated within the limits of Mumbra Police Station in Mumbai. During the investigation, he informed that the accused Nida had gone to her relatives. However, when the police team went to the house of the concerned relatives for search, the house was found locked, and the mobile phones of Khan and her relatives were switched off.

She worked as a process associate without any leadership responsibilities and was not involved in recruitment functions.
Timeline of the Case
The case first came into light in March when a woman working at TCS' Nashik BPO unit filed a complaint alleging that a colleague had maintained a physical relationship with her by promising marriage. During the investigation, police registered eight more FIRs related to mental and sexual harassment faced between 2022 and 2026, along with inaction by the senior managers. There were also allegations of hurting religious sentiments by a few complainants.
