On March 16, a group of seven dogs, consisting of a Corgi, German Shepherd, Retrievers, Labradors, and a Pekingese, made headlines after being stolen from a village in northeastern China. The dogs, valued for their strong bond and ability to work together, were stolen by thieves linked to a dog meat shop.
According to reports, the dogs escaped from a moving truck and began a journey of approximately 17 km, navigating busy roads and open fields. A passerby recorded a video of the dogs moving together in formation, showcasing their remarkable coordination and teamwork.
The group, led by a Corgi, demonstrated exceptional leadership and care for one another, with the Corgi frequently checking on the others and protecting an injured German Shepherd in the centre. Volunteers followed their movement, and by March 19, all seven dogs had reunited with their owners.
