PPFAS Mutual Fund Acquires Stake in Embassy Office Parks REIT

On February 24, PPFAS Mutual Fund acquired a 6% stake in Embassy Office Parks REIT, a real estate investment trust sponsored by Blackstone and Embassy Group, for Rs 2,364.4 crore through open market transactions. The fund purchased 5.6 crore units of the REIT at Rs 420 per unit.

Embassy Office Parks REIT units saw a sharp correction of 3.3% on Tuesday, closing at Rs 420.02, the lowest level since November 17, 2025, on the NSE.

• Capital Income Builder: Sold 1.06 crore units (1.1% stake) for Rs 447.4 crore
• American Funds Global Balanced Fund: Sold 1.25 crore units (1.3% stake) for Rs 525 crore
• Small Cap World Fund: Sold 2.92 crore units (3.08% stake) for Rs 1,227.3 crore
