Boy Beaten to Death in Bihar Over Lemon Tree Incident
A 12-year-old boy, Shubham Kumar, was beaten to death in Bihar's Nalanda district over an altercation that occurred when he was plucking lemons from a tree in Sakrawan village, under the Asthawan PS area. According to the police, an altercation happened between Shubham and the tree owner, Gorakh Mian, after the child picked a lemon that had fallen due to strong winds. The situation escalated, and prima facie investigation suggests that the child died during the altercation. The police have arrested all 12 people involved in the incident.
