Yajur Fibres Limited was incorporated in 1980, and its main business is processing and manufacture of bast fibers like flax, jute, and hemp.It Cottonises long brittle bast fibres into short cotton-like fibres that easily blend with cotton and man-made fibres to make sustainable bast fibres disruptive with extensive R&D - commercial production.The company has a capacity to produce over 300 MT of cottonized fiber, flax yarn, and jute yarn per month and is preferred by top spinning and weaving mills in India and abroad.The manufacturing facility of the company is situated at Jute hub in West Bengal, on 19 acres land with 500 meters Ganges Riverfront at Jagannathpur, Phuleshwar, Uluberia, Howrah District.Product Portfolio:Flax YarnJute YarnCottonised Flax FibreCottonised Jute FibreCottonised Hemp Fibre.The company currently employs 409 people as of November 30, 2025.
