UHM Vacation Ltd was incorporated in 2009 as a B2B travel and tourism aggregator that provides various types of travel services through one technology platform. The travel services provided by the company include air tickets, hotel stays, cruise, car rental, visa, transfer, tour, holiday packages and other similar services sourced from different service providers either directly or using third party aggregators. Proprietary technology platform used by the company facilitates the interaction between the travel service providers (Suppliers) and travel buyers (Agents) through one common platform. On the part of Agents, they can search, compare and book travel services through one platform whereas on the part of Suppliers, they can update their inventories, prices and availability without establishing direct relations with the travel Agents. UHM Vacation Ltd has presence in India and GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).
