Oneindig Technologies Limited was incorporated in the month of November 2016 and is into the business of offering renewable energy in the form of engineering, procurement, and commissioning services in the solar power segment in India. The company provides end-to-end turnkey solar solutions ranging from residential, C&I rooftop, ground-mounted solar projects, solar water pumps, O&M services, and IPP services through PPAs. It also deals with the sale of solar products like solar PV modules, inverters, batteries, energy storage systems, mounting structures, solar pumps, controllers, and related electrical equipment. Some of the states where solar projects have been undertaken include Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Telangana, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, Jammu & Kashmir, and West Bengal. On the date of DRHP, the company had solar project capacity of 58.40 MW under operation, 52.08 MW of contracted projects which are under construction, and 6.32 MW of awarded projects under construction. Oneindig has completed 17 major ground-mounted solar projects and installed more than 500 solar water pumps under government schemes like PM-KUSUM scheme and PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The organization is headed by skilled promoters and an experienced management team and concentrates on offering an integrated solution to renewable energy using their strengths in EPC, co-development, technology, and business diversification. As at January 31, 2026, Oneindig Technologies had a total number of 34 employees across operations, finance & accounts, compliance, administration, IT, design, stores, and support functions.
