Oxyzo to Acquire GoldenPi, Expand into Retail Fixed Income Investment Market
Oxyzo Financial Services Expands into Retail Fixed Income Investment Segment
Oxyzo Financial Services has made a significant move into the retail fixed income investment segment by acquiring a 100 percent stake in GoldenPi Technologies and its affiliate GoldenPi Securities. This acquisition marks the NBFC's entry into the debt capital market offerings for retail and high-net-worth investors through fixed income investment products.
Founded in 2017, Oxyzo has been providing secured and unsecured purchase loans to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for financing the purchase of raw materials that are used in their core business. The Gurugram-based unicorn is backed by business-to-business commerce aggregator OfBusiness, which has a 70 percent stake in the startup. Oxyzo's growth has been impressive, with the company reporting assets under management of about Rs 10,700 crore as of March 2026.
The acquisition of GoldenPi Technologies and GoldenPi Securities is expected to strengthen Oxyzo's fixed income offerings and help it capture a larger share of the growing debt investment market. Founded in 2017 by Abhijit Roy and Samir Baran Pratihar, GoldenPi operates as a SEBI-registered online bond platform that allows retail investors to invest in listed corporate bonds, government bonds, fixed deposits, and non-convertible debentures.
