The clip showcases the resident's frustration with the flat's condition, which they claim is not worth the price of ₹1 crore.

The resident's concerns are not limited to the flat's interior, but also highlight hygiene issues related to pigeons taking over balconies. Despite installing nets, the birds have been dirtying an empty flat next door, leading to an insect problem with species the resident has never seen before.
