The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has reported a strong response to its residential schemes in the Narela area. The DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, launched on March 26, offered flats to retired government employees, with 400 units booked within two days. Additionally, 936 new flats were made available in Pocket 6, Sector A1-A4, Narela.

The DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026, which offered 1,944 low-income group (LIG) flats in Sector G7/G8, Narela, has also seen steady demand, with 300 units sold.
