Bharat Electronics

  • The company has received additional orders worth Rs 608 crore since May 5, including communication equipment, avionics, and other major orders.

Trident

  • Avneesh Barua has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, and his last working day will be May 29.

One 97 Communications Paytm

  • The company said the Board of Directors of its subsidiary, Paytm Cloud Technologies (PCTL), has approved an additional investment through the subscription of 9 million equity shares of EUR 1 each, aggregating to a total consideration of EUR 9 million, in its wholly owned subsidiary, Paytm Europe Payments SA.

Premier Energies

  • Promoters Surenderpal Singh Saluja, Manjeet Kaur Saluja, Charandeep Singh Saluja, and Jasveen Kaur Saluja sold a total of 2.39 crore equity shares in Premier Energies, equivalent to a 5.29 percent stake in the company, valued at Rs 2,290.58 crore.

JSW Energy

  • The company announced the closure of its qualified institutions placement (QIP) issue on May 25 and raised Rs 4,000 crore at an issue price of Rs 525 per share.

NLC India

  • NLC India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL) for the formation of a joint venture (JV) to establish nuclear power projects in the country.

Lemon Tree Hotels

  • The company has announced the signing of Lemon Tree Hotel, Kumbakonam, in Tamil Nadu. The hotel will be managed by the company’s subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.

Raymond

  • The Board has approved raising funds through the issuance of up to 66.57 lakh warrants for cash at a price of Rs 497 per warrant, aggregating up to Rs 330.88 crore, via a preferential issue on a private placement basis to JK Investors (Bombay), a member of the promoter group.

Global Health

  • HDFC Mutual Fund purchased 10 lakh shares (a 0.37 percent stake) in Global Health from Sunil Sachdeva for Rs 122.5 crore. The transaction was executed at a price of Rs 1,225 per share.

SBI Equity Hybrid Fund

  • The fund was allotted shares worth Rs 1,937 crore through the QIP issue of JSW Energy.

GQG Partners Emerging Markets Equity Fund

  • The fund received shares worth Rs 965.3 crore through the QIP issue of JSW Energy.
