HDFC Mutual Fund has acquired a significant stake in Amber Enterprises India, a leading manufacturer of air conditioners, electronics, and mobility solutions. As per the bulk deals data, HDFC Mutual Fund purchased 2,41,000 shares (equivalent to 0.68% of paid-up equity) on March 5, at a buying price of Rs 7,650 per share, valuing the transaction at Rs 184.95 crore.
The acquisition has resulted in a 2.38% increase in Amber Enterprises India shares to Rs 7,834 on the BSE, amidst high volumes. The stock has sustained above all key moving averages, indicating a positive trend.
Xduce Technologies, a US-based app development and digital transformation company, has made additional investments in Dev Information Technology. On March 5, Xduce purchased 10,00,000 shares (equivalent to 1.77% stake) at a transaction price of Rs 26.68 per share, valued at Rs 2.66 crore. This follows their previous acquisition of a 12.48% stake in January, and an additional 9.09% stake on March 2.

- Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE - ODI has picked up 9,71,000 shares (equivalent to 0.26% stake) in Afcons Infrastructure from Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte at Rs 276.5 per share, amounting to Rs 26.8 crore.
