Bharat Forge Limited shares rallied nearly 5% on Thursday after the company released its March-quarter earnings and declared a final dividend for the fiscal year 2026.

For the January-March quarter, Bharat Forge reported consolidated revenue of Rs 2,260 crore, a slight increase from the Rs 2,163 crore recorded in the same period last year. However, the company posted a net loss of Rs 118 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to a profit after tax of Rs 346 crore in the year-ago quarter. The loss was largely due to a one-time charge of Rs 493 crore primarily linked to an impairment provision in one of its subsidiaries.
