Bharat Forge's Q4 FY26 Earnings
For the January-March quarter, Bharat Forge reported consolidated revenue of Rs 2,260 crore, a slight increase from the Rs 2,163 crore recorded in the same period last year. However, the company posted a net loss of Rs 118 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to a profit after tax of Rs 346 crore in the year-ago quarter. The loss was largely due to a one-time charge of Rs 493 crore primarily linked to an impairment provision in one of its subsidiaries.

Excluding the one-time impact, Bharat Forge would have reported a profit of Rs 375 crore for the quarter.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 610 crore, compared to Rs 629 crore a year ago, while EBITDA margin came in at around 27% versus 29.1% in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company also cited a rebound in demand from the North American truck market during the January-March period.
Dividend Announcement
Alongside the results, Bharat Forge announced a final dividend of Rs 6.50 per share for FY26. If approved by the members, the final dividend will be paid on or after Friday, August 14, 2026.
