360 ONE Mutual Fund Launches DynaSIF Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund
360 ONE Mutual Fund has introduced the DynaSIF Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund, its third offering under the Specialised Investment Fund (SIF) platform. The new fund aims to capture opportunities in India's mid- and small-cap segment while using derivatives-based short positions to manage risk and generate returns across market cycles.
The new fund offer (NFO) will open on June 5 and close on June 19. The open-ended strategy will invest at least 65% of its portfolio in companies outside the top 100 by market capitalisation and will be benchmarked against the BSE 500 TRI.
The fund's strategy focuses on generating long-term capital appreciation through a combination of structural, cyclical, and tactical investments in mid- and small-cap stocks. It also has the flexibility to take limited short exposure through derivatives in stocks other than large-cap companies, a feature permitted under the recently introduced SIF framework.

According to the fund house, the strategy will maintain a core allocation of 65-100% in ex-top 100 equities, including REITs. It may allocate up to 35% to large-cap stocks when valuations are attractive and up to 25% to debt instruments such as treasury bills, money market securities, and corporate bonds for defensive positioning.
| Allocation | Range |
|---|---|
| Ex-top 100 equities | 65-100% |
| Large-cap stocks | 0-35% |
| Debt instruments | 0-25% |
| InvITs | up to 20% |
| Unhedged short positions | up to 25% |
The strategy can also take unhedged short positions of up to 25% through derivatives in mid- and small-cap stocks and invest up to 20% in InvITs.
The minimum investment amount for the fund is Rs 10 lakh, while accredited investors can invest with a minimum of Rs 1 lakh. The scheme will levy an exit load of 0.5% if redeemed within three months from allotment.
