Toyota Kirloskar Motor to Establish Global-Standard 'BizIntel Hub' in KWIN City
Toyota Kirloskar Motor has announced plans to establish a global-standard 'BizIntel Hub' in KWIN City, an integrated township being developed by the Karnataka government between Dabaspete and Doddaballapura. The project is expected to be implemented with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Monday in the presence of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Karnataka Large and Medium Industries Minister MB Patil. The agreement was signed by Industries Department Principal Secretary S Selvakumar and Toyota's COO and Director of Special Projects Sudeep Dalvi.
The proposed facility is expected to be the first of its kind globally, and Siddaramaiah assured full support for the investment. The project is seen as a significant development for the region, with MB Patil stating that it marks the first major investment to materialise in KWIN City.

According to the minister, the facility will create significant opportunities for the youth of the state. MB Patil also highlighted the potential for innovation, healthcare, and information technology sectors in KWIN City, with seven to eight globally reputed universities, healthcare institutions, and research organisations expressing interest in investing in the project.
The proposed ultra-modern city will be developed in phases across 5,800 acres, with the first phase already under development. The Karnataka government expects the overall project to attract investments worth Rs 48,000 crore and generate nearly one lakh jobs.
