
Titan Reports 35% Increase in Q4 Net Profit to Rs 1,179 Crore, Shares Rise 6% and Dividend Declared
Titan Company Ltd Posts Strong Q4 Earnings, Sees Significant Growth in Jewellery and Watches
Titan Company Ltd reported a robust set of earnings for the fiscal fourth quarter, with consolidated net profit rising 35 percent year-on-year to around Rs 1,179 crore. The jewellery and watch company's total income surged 46 percent to around Rs 20,300 crore, marking one of the strongest quarterly performances in the company's history.
The board of the Tata Group company recommended a dividend of Rs 15 per equity share of face value Re 1 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. In response to the news, Titan stock soared 6.3 percent to trade at Rs 4,579 on NSE in the afternoon trade.
The sharp income growth was led by continued momentum in the company's jewellery business and resilient demand in the watches segment. The jewellery portfolio grew 50 percent year-on-year to around Rs 18,195 crore during the quarter, excluding bullion and digi-gold sales, despite elevated gold prices. The watches business saw analog watches grow 15 percent during the quarter, aided by premiumisation trends.

International jewellery operations also recorded double-digit retail growth across GCC and North America markets. The completion of the acquisition of a 67 percent stake in Damas Jewellery, a major jewellery brand in the GCC region, marked a significant step in Titan's international expansion strategy.
For the full FY26, Titan's consolidated total income rose 33 percent to Rs 76,078 crore, while profit after tax increased 52 percent to Rs 5,073 crore.
