Tata Consultancy Services Partners with Rezolve Ai to Drive Agentic Commerce Solutions

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a partnership with AI-native commerce infrastructure provider Rezolve Ai to jointly develop and scale agentic AI-led commerce solutions for retailers globally. This partnership marks TCS' entry into the emerging agentic commerce market, where artificial intelligence systems can autonomously manage and execute commerce-related workflows such as product discovery, conversational shopping, and checkout processes.

As part of the collaboration, TCS will help retail enterprises deploy Rezolve Ai's proprietary commerce platform, brainpowa™, across enterprise-scale operations. The solutions are designed to enable AI-led customer experiences across conversational commerce, intelligent discovery, and agentic checkout. TCS will provide its reach, deep enterprise trust, and global execution capability to support the deployment of Rezolve Ai's platform.

The partnership is a key component of TCS' strategy to create an integrated AI ecosystem bringing together in-house innovation with strategic partnerships to industrialize AI and deliver scalable, real-world outcomes for enterprises. TCS' Pace Port innovation centres globally will also enable retailers to test and experience the agentic commerce solutions.
