Lupin has announced that its Abbreviated New Drug Application for Oseltamivir Phosphate has been approved by China's National Medical Products Administration. This marks Lupin's first product entry into China.
Gujarat Themis Biosyn has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 100 percent equity stake in MicroBiopharm Japan Co from funds managed or advised by T Capital Partners Co. The transaction, valued at Rs 1,300 crore, is expected to close in Q2 FY2027.
