  • Larsen & Toubro has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with Hyderabad Metro Rail for the disposal of its entire shareholding in L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited for Rs 1,461.47 crore.

  • Norges Bank, on account of the Government Pension Fund Global, has acquired 18 lakh shares (a 0.9 percent stake) in Emcure Pharmaceuticals for Rs 289.47 crore from BC Investments IV, an affiliate of US-based private investment firm Bain Capital.
  • Unicorn Fund has bought 67,200 equity shares in Accretion Pharmaceuticals for Rs 68.94 lakh at Rs 102.6 per share.
  • S Gupta Holding Private Limited has bought 3.75 lakh shares (a 0.56 percent stake) in SG Finserve for Rs 21.15 crore at Rs 564.15 per share.
