Airline Stocks
- Indigo and SpiceJet are likely to be in focus today, following the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)'s update to its refund regulations. Under the revised Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR), airlines are prohibited from charging extra fees for correcting passenger names within 24 hours of booking.
- The revised regulations also allow passengers to cancel or make changes to their tickets within 48 hours of booking without incurring additional fees, subject to certain conditions.
