  • Eicher Motors: Royal Enfield is set to secure a 215.7-acre land parcel for a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Tada (Tirupati), Andhra Pradesh. The company plans to invest approximately Rs 2,500 crore in the greenfield expansion.
  • Vascon Engineers: The company has received a Letter of Intent worth Rs 131.58 crore from Reliance Industries for the construction of four G+12 FLL-type buildings for Sector-3 at RG Expansion, Jamnagar. The project is scheduled to be completed within 19 months from the date of receipt of the order.
  • JSW Steel: GQG Partners’ Emerging Markets Equity Fund has bought 1.5 crore shares (0.61 percent stake) in JSW Steel for Rs 1,890 crore, while SBI Mutual Fund has picked up an additional 1 crore shares (0.4 percent stake) for Rs 1,260 crore.
  • PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery: Promoter Govind Vishwanath Gadgil has bought an additional 1.6 lakh shares (0.5 percent stake) in PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery for Rs 5.85 crore at a price of Rs 365.78 per share.
  • EFC (I): Sageone Investment Managers’ Flagship Growth 2 Fund sold 1.47 lakh shares in EFC (I) at Rs 15.08 per share, valued at Rs 22.24 lakh, while Forbes EMF offloaded 89,320 shares worth Rs 13.39 lakh at Rs 15 per share.
