State Bank of India has promoted eight officials as Deputy Managing Directors, effective April 21. The promoted officials include Amit Verma, Debasish Mishra, Dipak Kumar De, Niraj Kumar Panda, Ratna Teja Dinakara Akella, Sahadevan Radhakrishnan, Sukhvinder Kaur Ganesh, and Varinder Khanna.

Fidelity Securities Fund has acquired 20.17 lakh shares (a 1.76 percent stake) in Onesource Specialty Pharma for Rs 308.7 crore. Authum Investment & Infrastructure sold 7.77 lakh shares (a 0.67 percent stake) in Onesource at Rs 1,530.09 per share, valued at Rs 118.9 crore. Nova Global Opportunities Fund PCC – Touchstone offloaded 10.57 lakh shares (a 0.92 percent stake) at Rs 1,530 per share, amounting to Rs 161.85 crore.
