The acquisition saw Stellar Wealth Partners India Fund I LP purchase 1.95 lakh shares in Sakar Healthcare Limited for Rs 12.95 crore at a price of Rs 664.58 per share. This move may have positively impacted the company's share price, which soared 16.16 percent to end at a record closing high of Rs 696.7 on the National Stock Exchange, amid strong volumes.
In another notable transaction, Zerodha Broking Limited picked up shares worth Rs 93 crore in Nazara Technologies Limited, a video game development company. The acquisition saw Zerodha Broking Limited acquire 35 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.94 percent stake, in the company for Rs 93.04 crore at Rs 265.85 per share. Trading volumes in Nazara Technologies Limited remained high due to this acquisition.

Promoter entities also participated in the trading of Nazara Technologies Limited shares. Mitter Infotech LLP sold 1.92 crore shares, representing a 5.19 percent stake, for Rs 511.95 crore, while Axana Estates LLP purchased 1.47 crore shares, equivalent to a 3.98 percent stake, for Rs 392.9 crore. Both transactions were made at a price of Rs 266 per share.
