Signature Global, a leading real estate developer in the country, reported a significant surge in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,152.40 crore for the quarter ended March. This substantial increase was driven by exceptional gains from investment in a joint venture.
Compared to the year-ago period, the company's net profit witnessed a multi-fold jump. Specifically, its net profit stood at Rs 61.12 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. This remarkable growth underscores the company's financial resilience and strategic investments.
The total income of Signature Global also rose significantly during the January-March period of the last fiscal. According to a regulatory filing, the company's total income increased to Rs 1,195.22 crore from Rs 570.43 crore a year ago. Furthermore, the company posted an exceptional gain of Rs 1,267 crore during the fourth quarter of the last fiscal, contributing to its impressive financial performance.
