Penalty and Compliance
The markets regulator's adjudicating officer concluded that multiple violations of SEBI's norms and stockbrokers' regulations were established. As a result, ARS has been slapped with a ₹10 lakh penalty, which must be paid within 45 days.

ARS' share price has been under pressure in recent months, closing the last three months in the red, with a cumulative loss of 27%.
