Quant Mutual Fund Acquires Significant Stake in Black Buck
On April 22, Quant Mutual Fund acquired more than 1 percent equity stake in Black Buck, a leading trucking platform providing payments, telematics, loads marketplace, and vehicle financing services, through open market transactions. The stock price of Black Buck fell 0.14 percent to Rs 622.05, despite high volumes on the National Stock Exchange.
According to bulk deals data available on the exchanges, Quant Mutual Fund bought a total of 20 lakh shares (1.1 percent stake) in Black Buck for Rs 124 crore through two transactions. The buying price was Rs 620 per share.

Meanwhile, Mufin Green Finance saw brisk action, with its shares rising half a percent to Rs 116.65 amid significantly higher volumes. Tata Mutual Fund acquired 33 lakh shares (1.66 percent stake) in Mufin, a non-banking finance company, for Rs 37.36 crore at Rs 113.23 per share.
However, other market players also participated in the action. Futuristic Trade DMCC sold 9.75 lakh shares (0.49 percent stake) at Rs 114.29 per share, valued at Rs 11.14 crore, while Incofin India Progress Fund offloaded 15 lakh shares (0.75 percent stake) at Rs 116.65 per share, amounting to Rs 17.49 crore. Incofin Investment Management-managed Incofin India Progress Fund held a 7.31 percent stake in Mufin Green Finance as of March 2026.
Yaap Digital also saw an exchange of shares. Minerva Ventures Fund bought 3 lakh shares in the company for Rs 5.13 crore from AL Maha Investment Fund PCC - Onyx Strategy at Rs 171.25 per share.
In another development, Paradeep Parivahan's shares rose 1.38 percent to Rs 147 amid robust volumes. Prudent Equity Ace Fund acquired 2.4 lakh shares for Rs 3.24 crore at Rs 135.28 per share, and Altitude Investment Fund PCC - CELL 1 picked up 2.1 lakh shares for Rs 2.83 crore at Rs 135.05 per share. However, Lalit Dua sold 5.4 lakh shares for Rs 7.33 crore at Rs 135.77 per share.
