The stock's significant rally, with a 18.4 percent spike, was the largest single-day gain since its listing on the bourses on September 30, 2025. Despite intermittent buying, the stock had largely been under pressure since its listing. The acquisition of 2.33 lakh shares by Sanjay Namdeo Salunkhe, valued at Rs 10.82 crore, was made at a price of Rs 463.99 per share.
As of March 2026, the total promoters' shareholding in the company stood at 57.28 percent. The recent transaction by Sanjay Namdeo Salunkhe indicates a growing interest in the online higher education and upskilling company.

In a separate development, Veranda Learning Solutions witnessed a surge in its share price, rising 11.6 percent to Rs 239.25 on the National Stock Exchange. The action in the edtech company's stock was driven by two major transactions.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure sold 24.6 lakh shares (2.55 percent stake) in Veranda Learning Solutions for Rs 54.28 crore at a price of Rs 220.68 per share. As of March 2026, Authum Investment held 13.8 percent shares in the company.
