Power Grid Announces Board Meeting to Consider Financial Results and Dividend
The Maharatna PSU Power Grid has announced that its board of directors will meet next week to consider the financial results for the January-March quarter, along with a final dividend. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 16 May 2026.
As part of the agenda, the board will consider and approve the audited financial results of the company for the financial year ended 31st March 2026, after reviewing the results by the audit committee. Additionally, the board will consider the recommendation of a final dividend for the fiscal year 2025-26, if any.
Market analysts are expecting Power Grid to post a tad better profit growth in the March quarter of FY26, with a 6% year-on-year (YoY) increase and a 5% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase, reflecting improved asset capitalisation in the current and previous quarters.

According to estimates by Motilal Oswal Financial Services, the reported profit could rise 5% YoY due to a pickup in capital expenditure (capex) and capitalisation, as right-of-way constraints and other project-related delays could have a relatively lower impact.
