PC Jeweller Shares Rally 14 Percent After Reporting 61 Percent Rise in Net Profit
PC Jeweller shares experienced a significant surge in Friday's trade, rising as much as 14 percent. The company's consolidated net profit for the March quarter (Q4 FY26) saw a substantial increase of 61 percent, driven by higher income and improved operational performance.
The stock opened at Rs 9.48 on the BSE, up 2.9 percent from its previous close of Rs 9.21. It later gained momentum amid strong volumes and touched an intraday high of Rs 10.48, marking a gain of 13.78 percent.
For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, PC Jeweller reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 152.89 crore, compared to Rs 94.78 crore in the same period last year. The company's total income rose to Rs 946.26 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 700.10 crore a year earlier.

For the full 2025–26 fiscal, the company's net profit increased to Rs 714.46 crore from Rs 577.70 crore in the previous year, while total income grew to Rs 3,549.58 crore from Rs 2,371.87 crore.
Managing Director Balram Garg attributed the company's strong performance to its ability to regain momentum and deliver strong results throughout the year. He emphasized the importance of continued consumer demand and the company's ongoing turnaround journey.
Garg also highlighted the company's efforts to strengthen and deleverage its balance sheet, with a significant reduction in outstanding debt. As of now, the company has reduced its outstanding debt by more than 90 percent since the execution of the settlement agreement with banks. This demonstrates significant progress towards its financial goals, with the company confident of achieving a debt-free balance sheet soon.
