The board of directors of Patanjali Foods, a leading FMCG firm led by Baba Ramdev, is set to meet on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, to consider and approve the second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The company has announced this corporate action through an exchange filing on Monday, April 13.
According to the filing, the record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders for the payment of the interim dividend will be Saturday, April 25, 2026, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the board of directors. This means that investors must own shares of Patanjali Foods before April 25 to be eligible for the interim dividend, if announced.
