Nirala World to Invest Rs 525 Crore in Premium Mall Project in Greater Noida West
Noida-based real estate developer, Nirala World, has announced plans to invest Rs 525 crore in the development of a premium mall, "Nirala Diadem", in Greater Noida West. The company stated that the investment will be utilized for land acquisition and construction.
The proposed mall will be located on a 2.5-acre plot and will be situated 15-20 minutes from key destinations such as the Yamuna Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and NH-24. The development will feature a multiplex, high-end retail showrooms, and studio apartments.
Nirala Diadem has been designed with sustainability in mind, incorporating green building-certified features such as energy-efficient systems, eco-friendly materials, and smart infrastructure. The mall is expected to be completed by the January-March quarter of calendar year 2030.

Nirala World's Chairman and Managing Director, Suresh Garg, expressed pride in unveiling the company's flagship mall in Greater Noida West. The announcement comes after the success of Nirala Gateway, a high-street retail launch, just a few months ago. The company has also delivered Nirala Estate, a 4,050-unit residential project, ahead of schedule. Nirala World plans to deliver two more commercial projects in the area to provide exceptional experiences for mall and high-street customers in Greater Noida West.
Nirala World's residential portfolio includes Nirala Estate, a 25-acre residential project in Greater Noida West with 2-4 BHK apartments, and Nirala Trio, a 3.4-acre project under construction, offering 378 units of 3 BHK and 3 BHK + servant room homes. The company's commercial asset, Nirala Gateway, spans 2.5 acres with retail, offices, and studio apartments.
