Nestle Posts Strong Q4 Results for 2026
Nestle, a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) major, declared its March quarter results on April 21, 2026. The company reported a significant year-on-year (YoY) growth in its standalone net profit, which rose by approximately 26% to ₹1,114 crore compared to ₹885 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company's revenue also saw a substantial increase of around 23% YoY to ₹6,748 crore, up from ₹5,504 crore in the March 2025 quarter. As a result of its strong financial performance, Nestle declared a final dividend of ₹5 per share. The company announced the recommended final dividend of ₹5 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26 on its entire issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital of 1,928,314,320 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each.
On a consolidated basis, Nestle's profit after tax advanced by 27.18% YoY to ₹1,110.9 crore compared to ₹873.46 crore in the same period last year. Consolidated revenue from operations also increased by around 23% to ₹6,748 crore from ₹5,504 crore in the same period last year. The company's performance was driven by double-digit volume growth, supported by a more than 50% surge in advertising spends, while maintaining a healthy EBITDA margin of 26.3%.
