Luxury Housing Market in Noida Sees Continued Growth, Experion Registers Rs 1,800 Crore in Sales
Luxury Housing Demand in Noida Remains Robust
Luxury housing demand in Noida continues to show no signs of slowing down, with Experion Developers reporting a significant Rs 1,800 crore in sales at the launch of its premium residential project, SAATORI, in Sector 151 along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. The company sold around 400 units at the launch, highlighting sustained buyer appetite for high-end homes in emerging micro-markets across the National Capital Region (NCR).
The strong sales performance comes amid a broader upcycle in Noida's luxury housing market, driven by infrastructure expansion, rising investor interest, and improving social ecosystems. Sector 151 is fast emerging as a key residential hub, supported by strong connectivity to Delhi and the recently inaugurated Noida International Airport.
SAATORI, Experion Developers' second project in Noida following the success of Experion Elements, has witnessed an exceptional response. The project offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences in a low-density layout with four apartments per floor, spread over about five acres. The project comprises three towers rising up to 38 floors and is designed by international consultants, including Singapore-based DPA and Bangkok-based Plandscape.

The sustained momentum in the market is attributed to the project's strategic location near key infrastructure corridors, including the Jewar Airport, and a rapidly maturing social and corporate ecosystem. Priyamvada Navet, Deputy CEO at Experion Developers, said the response reflects "deepening demand for luxury housing in Noida," particularly for projects offering design-led, wellness-focused living in well-connected corridors.
| Quarter | Sales (Rs crore) | Units Sold |
|---|---|---|
| SAATORI Launch | 1,800 | 400 |
The Noida International Airport in Jewar, expressway network, and proximity to employment hubs are expected to sustain demand in the region. However, experts caution that long-term momentum will depend on execution, infrastructure delivery, and macroeconomic stability.
Experion Developers is a luxury real estate company in India and a wholly owned subsidiary of Experion Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore.
