Lemon Tree Hotels Expands Presence in Gujarat with New Property
Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels are expected to remain in focus on April 20 after the company announced the signing of a new hotel property in Garudeshwar, Gujarat, further strengthening its presence in the state.
The company's portfolio in Gujarat will expand to 32 properties, comprising 11 operational hotels and 21 upcoming projects, following the addition of the new property. The hotel will be operated by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The upcoming property will feature 90 well-appointed rooms, along with key amenities such as a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, and recreational facilities including a swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre.

Lemon Tree Hotels has experienced significant growth momentum in the past year, with the company expanding its portfolio by 56 new signings and 20 hotel openings during FY 2025–26. However, the company recently received an order from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Central Goods & Service Tax, Delhi South Commissionerate, raising a demand of ₹39.97 lakh towards tax, interest, and penalty for the period of 2019-20 to 2023-24.
In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 114.55, up Rs 0.35, or 0.31 percent. The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 180.60 and a 52-week low of Rs 99.70 on 08 September, 2025 and 16 March, 2026, respectively. Currently, the stock is trading 36.57 percent below its 52-week high and 14.89 percent above its 52-week low. The market capitalisation of the company stands at Rs 9,075.18 crore.
