Krisumi Corporation Unveils 'The Forest Reserve', its Ultra-Luxury Township on Dwarka Expressway
Krisumi Corporation has announced the launch of 'The Forest Reserve', the fifth and sixth phases of its ultra-luxury township on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. Spanning a developable area of approximately 1.67 million square feet, the project is expected to generate a projected revenue potential of around Rs 4,000 crore.
Located in Sector 36A, The Forest Reserve is positioned as a nature-led luxury development, drawing inspiration from the Japanese philosophy of 'Chinju-no-mori' (sacred forests). The project features large-format 3 BHK (3,000 square feet) and 4 BHK (4,000 square feet) residences, with a focus on wellness and low-density living.

The Forest Reserve is part of a decade-long partnership between Japan's Sumitomo Corporation and India's Krishna Group, marking a significant milestone in their collaborative efforts. The project is designed to blend Japanese design, construction practices, and lifestyle elements, reflecting a broader vision to build a "mini-Japanese city" in India.
The township is strategically located, with connectivity to key corridors such as Dwarka Expressway, NH-8, and the Southern Peripheral Road, as well as proximity to the upcoming Global City. This prime location is expected to enhance its appeal among both end-users and investors.
Strong Value Appreciation and Rising Demand
According to Ashok Kapur, Chairman, Krisumi Corporation, the project's prices have risen from around Rs 8,500 per sqft at launch in 2021 to nearly Rs 24,000 per sqft currently, driven by improving connectivity and infrastructure. The strong value appreciation is a testament to the project's growing appeal, with about 25 percent of the community comprising Japanese residents.
| Phase | Launch Price | Current Price | Appreciation |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2021 | Rs 8,500/sqft | Rs 24,000/sqft | 182% |
The rising demand for large-format, design-led luxury housing along Dwarka Expressway is expected to continue, driven by infrastructure upgrades and proximity to upcoming commercial hubs. Developers anticipate sustained demand and further price appreciation in the Dwarka Expressway micro-market.
The launch of The Forest Reserve underscores Krisumi Corporation's commitment to delivering high-quality, meticulously designed townships that reflect the best of Indo-Japanese collaboration. With its unique blend of luxury, wellness, and design, the project is set to become one of the most aspirational addresses in the region.
