ITC Shares Recover from Day's Low Amid Buying Interest
In a reversal of fortunes, ITC shares pared early losses and recovered from the day's low in Thursday's trade, driven by buying interest at lower levels. The stock plummeted to an intraday low of Rs 303.25 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), down nearly 1 percent. However, it witnessed some recovery post-noon on account of buying support, briefly touching Rs 306.35.
As of 2:45 pm, the stock was trading at Rs 305.10, still lower by 0.13 percent. Despite the initial decline, the stock managed to recover some of its losses, indicating a level of investor confidence in the company.

In a separate development, ITC released a statement on the occasion of Earth Day 2026, highlighting its ongoing partnerships with state and central government departments to integrate social interventions within public systems. The company is collaborating with NITI Aayog to implement climate-smart agriculture across 27 Aspirational Districts in eight states.
ITC's public-private partnerships cover a range of areas, including water management, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity conservation, women empowerment, maternal and child health and nutrition, early childhood care and education, and waste management. The company has invested in strengthening project management capabilities, domain expertise, and local knowledge of over 100 grassroots organisations.
