August 31, 2026Business professionals and those with business income (non-audit) can file ITR-3 or ITR-4 by this extended deadline.
September 15, 2026Assessees must pay the second advance tax instalment bringing cumulative payment to 45 percent of total liability.
September 30, 2026Quarterly TDS returns for Q2 (July-September 2026) must be filed by all deductors who have made payments.
October 31, 2026Quarterly TDS returns for Q3 (October-December 2026) must be filed by all deductors who have made payments.
November 30, 2026Assessees having international transactions must file transfer pricing report in Form 3CEB by this deadline.
December 15, 2026Assessees must pay the third advance tax instalment requires cumulative payment of 75 percent of estimated tax liability for the year.
December 31, 2026This is the last date for filing belated ITR for FY 2025-26 (AY 2026-27) with applicable late fees.
January 31, 2027Salaried employees should submit investment proofs and tax declarations to their employer for FY 2026–27
February 15, 2027Employers must deposit PF and ESI contributions for January 2027.
March 15, 2027Assessees must pay the final advance tax instalment to reach 100 percent of total estimated liability.
March 31, 2027Last date for tax-saving investments under old regime. Final opportunity for revised/belated filings (as applicable for earlier years).
