Private sector banks, such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, offer rates starting from 7.70 percent. ICICI Bank and HSBC Bank offer rates starting from 7.45 percent. Axis Bank offers rates ranging from 8.00 percent to 11.90 percent.

Housing finance companies, such as LIC Housing Finance, offer rates starting from 7.15 percent. Bajaj Housing Finance also offers rates starting from 7.15 percent.
