Godrej Properties Acquires 23.2-Acre Land Parcel in Greater Noida for Over Rs 7,000 Crore Revenue Potential
Godrej Properties has made a significant acquisition by purchasing a 23.2-acre residential land parcel in Greater Noida through an e-auction. The land parcel, located in the DMIC Integrated Township in Greater Noida, spans 93,905 square metres and has an estimated revenue potential of more than Rs 7,000 crore.
The auction was conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township, Greater Noida Ltd, and Godrej Properties emerged as the winning bidder. While the acquisition cost was not disclosed, market sources suggest that the winning bid was valued at a little over Rs 500 crore. This acquisition is part of Godrej Properties' aggressive expansion strategy, which has seen the company add 18 land parcels with a combined revenue potential of Rs 42,100 crore to cater to sustained housing demand in 2025-26.
As one of the country's leading real estate developers, Godrej Properties has delivered nearly 80 million square feet of real estate since 2017-18. The company has expanded its land bank through both outright purchases and partnerships with landowners for residential development. Godrej Properties has also emerged as the top listed real estate company in terms of sales bookings in both 2023-24 and 2024-25.

The company has set a target of achieving Rs 39,000 crore in sales bookings for the current financial year, compared to a record Rs 34,171 crore in 2025-26. Additionally, Godrej Properties is targeting customer collections of Rs 24,000 crore during the fiscal, up from Rs 19,965 crore in the previous year. On the financial front, the company reported a net profit of Rs 1,850.20 crore in 2025-26, compared to Rs 1,399.89 crore in the previous fiscal. Total income rose to Rs 8,410.88 crore from Rs 6,967.05 crore a year earlier.
