The startup, founded by seasoned software as a service (SaaS) operators and former Freshworks executives Anand Venkatraman, Senthil Kanthaswamy, and Ramesh Parthasarathy, uses AI agents to automatically capture and structure customer data, reducing manual entry and enabling natural language interactions. According to its website, Dreamteam will function as an "AI-native CRM that understands your company context automatically, reasons like a human, and gets work done through specialized AI teammates." It will compete with offerings from global giants such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
Dreamteam has built half a dozen AI agents to help companies qualify inbound leads, book meetings, profile prospects, monitor every deal, capture context from calls, emails, and meetings, and configure their entire CRM through conversation.
