Ennismore Enters Indian Market with Debut of Luxury Lifestyle Hotel Roswyn in Mumbai
Ennismore Expands into Indian Hospitality Market with Launch of Luxury Hotel Roswyn
Luxury lifestyle hospitality brand collective Ennismore has marked its entry into the Indian hospitality market with the launch of Roswyn, a 109-suite luxury lifestyle hotel in Mumbai. This milestone represents the debut of Ennismore's Morgans Originals brand in the country and deepens its partnership with Accor in India's fast-growing lifestyle hospitality segment.
Located near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Roswyn is the latest addition to Ennismore's global expansion through design-led hospitality concepts targeted at younger affluent travellers and business professionals. The project reflects rising global interest in India's premium hospitality and mixed-use real estate market, particularly in business and airport-led micro-markets.
Accor, which holds a majority stake in Ennismore, has been accelerating its global expansion through lifestyle hospitality concepts. According to Chairman of Accor India Gaurav Bhushan, lifestyle hospitality is about creating elevated experiences through great design and touching people's hearts. Roswyn sets a benchmark for the luxury travel experience, offering 109 suites starting at 80 square metres, each equipped with lounge areas, kitchenettes, and dedicated workspaces.

The property also includes multiple dining concepts, wellness facilities, and collaborative social spaces aimed at both travellers and local visitors. Roswyn has been developed by Shrem Airport Hotels, which has a partnership with Accor India and owns Mumbai's Fairmont and Novotel hotels apart from Roswyn.
Industry analysts note that developers and hotel operators are increasingly moving toward larger-format suites and flexible living concepts as traveller preferences evolve beyond traditional luxury stays. The launch of Roswyn comes as India's hospitality sector witnesses growing demand for lifestyle-driven hotel formats that combine accommodation with co-working, wellness, and social experiences.
