
Emami Acquires Vedix and SkinCraft Parent Company for Rs 321 Crore
Emami Limited Acquires 60% Stake in IncNut Digital for Rs 321 Crore
Kolkata-headquartered Emami Limited has announced a definitive agreement to acquire a 60 per cent stake in IncNut Digital Pvt. Ltd., along with its subsidiaries and associates. The company is the maker of personalised beauty brands Vedix and SkinCraft. The transaction, valued at Rs 321 crore, includes performance-linked adjustments over a 24-month period.
IncNut Digital, based in Telangana, reported net sales of Rs 175.1 crore in FY25, down from Rs 196.5 crore in FY24. Emami Limited will acquire the remaining 40 per cent stake within the next 4.5 years in two tranches from the current closing date at a consideration to be determined as per an agreed matrix on future performances.
This investment is a strategic step in strengthening Emami Limited's presence in the high-growth beauty and personal care segment. According to Redseer, the Indian BPC market is projected to reach $40 billion by 2030. The acquisition aligns with Emami's strategy of building a future-ready, consumer-centric portfolio and positions the company to capture the next phase of consumer demand.

Emami Limited had earlier acquired The Man Company and Brillare to strengthen its BPC portfolio, which includes brands like BoroPLus and Navratna. The company's vice chairman and managing director, Harsha Vardhan Agarwal, stated that this investment represents a key step in strengthening the company's presence in the high-growth beauty and personal care segment.
The acquisition will enable Vedix and SkinKraft to fast-track innovation, scale their reach significantly, and lead the evolution of the personalised beauty industry. Chaitanya Nallan, founder and chief executive officer of IncNut Digital, added that the partnership with Emami represents a key turning point for the company.
