Della Townships Achieves Rs 46,480 Crore GDV in FY 2026-27

Della Townships has announced that it has reached a significant milestone, crossing a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 46,480 crore ($5.16 billion) for FY 2026-27. This achievement is driven by the company's 12 upcoming integrated luxury township projects, which are spread across 10 Indian cities and cover a total area of 4,288 acres.

Asset-Light Business Model

The company operates on an asset-light business model, partnering with landowners and developers through its proprietary CDDMO framework. This framework includes conceptualisation, design, development, marketing and sales, and operations. By not owning land directly, Della Townships is able to focus on the development and management of its projects, while leveraging the expertise of its partners.

Della Group's Interests

Founded by Jimmy Mistry, the Della Group has a diverse range of interests, spanning design, hospitality, manufacturing, and real estate. Its hospitality arm, Della Resorts, plays a key role in the group's integrated township strategy, providing operational expertise and anchoring the company's luxury real estate projects.

Upcoming Township Projects

The 12 upcoming townships will feature a mix of luxury residential, hospitality, wellness, retail, and commercial infrastructure, inspired by global destinations and lifestyle concepts. Planned developments include:
