Delhi Driver's Journey to Financial Stability
Uber driver Hazrat has achieved significant success through dedication and perseverance, completing 50,000 trips on the platform and earning his highest monthly income of Rs 1.2 lakh.
Hazrat's story began in his village, where he worked repairing bike parts. He later moved to Delhi and took up stitching work before transitioning to driving an autorickshaw in 2014. Over time, he expanded his fleet to three autos, with one driven by his brother before he moved to Gujarat.
However, the COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on Hazrat's work, forcing him to sell two of his autos and continue driving the remaining one through the Uber platform. In 2024, he sold his autorickshaw and purchased a car, marking a turning point in his career.
