Black Box reported a substantial increase in its order backlog, marking a significant milestone for the company. The company closed FY26 with an order backlog of around Rs 7,000 crore, marking a 57 percent year-on-year increase. The company secured new orders worth Rs 3,331 crore during the quarter, compared with total order bookings of Rs 553 crore during the first nine months of FY26. This significant increase in new orders highlights the company's ability to secure major contracts and expand its customer base.
Notable order wins during the quarter included a Rs 663 crore data centre services engagement from a US-based global hyperscaler, another contract worth Rs 277 crore, and a multi-year strategic engagement valued at over Rs 795 crore with a major international airport in the US.
The company's shares have seen significant gains in recent times, with data from BSE Analytics indicating that the company's shares have gained nearly 78 percent in the last one month. On the NSE, the stock settled at Rs 985 per share, up 0.91 percent.
