ICICI Securities Forecasts Strong Earnings for Ashok Leyland in Q4 2026
ICICI Securities has released its fourth quarter earnings estimates for the Automobile sector, highlighting a promising outlook for Ashok Leyland. According to the brokerage house, Ashok Leyland is expected to report a net profit of Rs. 1,462.5 crore in the January-March 2026 quarter, representing a year-over-year increase of 16.1 percent and a quarter-over-quarter surge of 32.4 percent.
The estimates also indicate a significant growth in net sales, with a year-over-year increase of 19.1 percent and a quarter-over-quarter rise of 23 percent, resulting in net sales of Rs. 14,183.3 crore. This substantial growth in sales is expected to contribute to the company's overall financial performance.
In terms of earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA), ICICI Securities forecasts a year-over-year rise of 18.8 percent and a quarter-over-quarter increase of 38.6 percent, reaching Rs. 2,127.5 crore. This increase in EBITDA is expected to have a positive impact on Ashok Leyland's financial health and profitability.
