
Ashish Dhawan Increases Shareholding in Bluspring Enterprises, Ashish Kacholia Exits Brand Concepts

Bluspring Enterprises, a Bengaluru-based infrastructure services company, has seen a significant surge in its shares following the acquisition of an additional 1.14% stake by Ashish Dhawan, a renowned investor and philanthropist. Dhawan purchased 17 lakh shares at Rs 45.55 per share, valued at Rs 7.74 crore. This acquisition brings his total stake in the company to 6.11%.
In contrast, Brand Concepts, an Indore-based company manufacturing bags, travel gear, and fashion accessories, has witnessed a decline in its shares following the exit of Ashish Kacholia, another prominent investor. Kacholia sold his entire 1.44% stake, comprising 1.79 lakh shares, to Suryavanshi Commotrade at Rs 217 per share, valued at Rs 3.9 crore.
Innovision, a manpower services and toll plaza management provider, made its debut on the stock exchange after its IPO, with its shares correcting sharply by 27.9% to close at Rs 374.2. Despite the correction, the company saw significant buying interest from various investors. Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC through Citadel Capital Fund and Elite Capital Fund acquired 5 lakh shares at Rs 467.7 per share, valued at Rs 23.38 crore. Other investors, including Neomile Growth Fund-Series I and Neomile Corporate Advisory, Astorne Capital VCC Arven, and Beacon Stone Capital, also participated in the buying activity, acquiring shares at the same price.
